Date(s): 20.06.16 - 16.09.16. Venue: Palazzo Venezia, Via del Plebiscito 118, 00186 Rome, Italy.
Construction of the famous Palazzo Venezia in Rome begin in 1455 by the Venetian Cardinal Pietro Barbo, who later became Pope Paul II. The architecture of this popular famous tourist attraction is one of Rome's most significant of the Renaissance Period. Previously a kind of oasis in the heart of historic Rome, the garden of Palazzo Venezia was closed to the public for several years ago, when it unfortunately became a car park for ministers. However, this year the garden has finally been re-opened to the public when it will host 'Il Giardino Ritrovato' (The Rediscovered Garden) during the daytime and in the evening from the 20th June to the 16th September (2016). The event will include concerts, dance, theatre, debates and musical performances in a stunning setting which can hold at least 300 guests. Therefore, Palazzo Venezia now has a new function: a place of openness, meeting and interaction for the arts; all of the arts. For a full program visit the official website link above.
