The fourteenth edition of Luglio Suona Bene (translation: July Sounds Good) takes place in Rome from the 14th June to the 3rd August 2016. This year again some great music will be heard at the beautiful Auditorium Parco della Musica; designed by Renzo Piano and is one of the most picturesque outdoor arenas in Europe. Over the next few weeks there will be an exciting gamut of musical styles including Rock, Jazz, world, electronic and Italian popular music. There will not only be Italian home-grown artists attending the stage, like Francesco De Gregori (Saturday 2nd July) who is often referred to as 'the Bob Dylan of Italian folk music', but international stars like the Eighties pop icon and influential singer/songwriter Cyndi Lauper (Wednesday 6th July), French composer and keyboard wizard Jean Michel Jarre (Saturday 9th July) whose 1976 album Oxygène sold over 12 million copies, and Santana (Tuesday 19th July), the world famous American Latin rock band who formed in San Francisco way back in 1967. Tickets prices start from 15 Euros depending on the show and the concerts normally start around 9.00pm.
